ProAnox Extreme Antioxidant Systems
As well as I try to feed my body, from both health and performance perspectives, I consider it vital to supplement. One big question then becomes ‘what to supplement with?’ So many company’s products promise everything but are spotty on realistic contents.
One important ingredient in my arsenal has been ProAnox. I’m very happy with these handy packets of 9 capsules. There is a potpourri of good stuff here - quercetin, Coenzyme Q10, resveratrol, 1000 mg of vegetable/fruit, seleium, alpha-lipoic acid, acetyl-l carnitine, NAC, and other amino acids and enzymes. I don’t propose to give a chemistry lesson here and try to convince you that ProAnox changed my life or made a measurable difference in my workouts or health. Not that I can quantify.
When I use one packet daily (they propose two as a dose, but I added ProAnox to my already considerable supplement protocol so stuck with one), I feel better. Isn’t that good enough? Do any bit of research on the positive effects of the ingredients in ProAnox and you should feel assured that if nothing else, your body will recover effectively from your workouts. Inflammation is reduced. To me, that’s huge. Not just because I’m 58 years old, but I learned many years ago that the big advantage of performance enhancing products at all levels is as much about recovery as anything else. I know my body recovers better when I use ProAnox. I feel better and am confident damage is lessened with daily use of this supplement package.
Anyone can batter themselves senseless in the gym, over-train, skip rest days, go for two-a-days, but in my opinion, training smarter means having ProAnox in your gym bag, and in your body, each day.
